Position:
-1 Doctor currently, looking to add another doctor.
-Are simple staffing model includes 1 doctor, 1 hygienist and 3 DA's
-6 Chairs
-$3k-$5k/daily production
-80% kids, 20% adults
Compensation
-Up to $900/daily or 35%, up to $75k sign on for two year commitment
-Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
-401k
-Up to $75k Sign-On, Relocation available
-Student loan reimbursement ($1000/monthly for full time or $500/monthly for part time)
-CE allowance or offering per organization: $1000/annual
-State associations reimbursed
-Lab fees covered
-Mal-practice coverage provided (Claims made)
